By submitting this request, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by the Facility Standards & Restrictions of the coffeehouse. I understand that all events must comply with these guidelines, including restrictions on alcohol, illegal substances, tobacco/vaping, gambling, and any activities that conflict with the mission and values of the coffeehouse.

I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee a reservation. All requests are subject to approval, and the event date is not secured until a deposit is received and confirmation is provided.
