Searching for a comfortable, inviting place to host your next get together? Our coffeehouse provides the ideal setting for parties, meetings, workshops, celebrations, and community events. With a relaxed atmosphere, professional sound capabilities, and optional food service, we offer flexible rental options designed to meet a variety of needs.

Whether you’re planning a simple private gathering or a fully supported event, we have a package that fits.

All rentals for the main seating area and lounge include a 2-hour reservation and a $25 standard cleaning fee. The auxiliary room is available on an hourly basis.

Additional fees may apply for damages or for cleaning needs that exceed what is considered reasonable and customary.

Rental Packages

Main Seating Area

Seats up to 75 people.

Our main event space is well-suited for larger gatherings, presentations, and celebrations. This open seating area offers a welcoming, flexible environment for a wide range of group events, and also includes access to our lounge area, “The Porch.”

This space is ideal for:

  • Live performances or presentations
  • Birthday parties

PLATINUM PACKAGE

This is our most comprehensive event package, designed to provide a fully supported and seamless experience for your gathering. Your reservation includes two hours of use of the venue, along with an on-site technician to manage the sound and media system, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. To maintain alignment with our values and mission, all music and media content must be submitted in advance for approval by coffeehouse management.

Coffeehouse staff will also be present throughout your event to provide food service, creating a convenient and enjoyable experience for your guests. A minimum food purchase is required, and you’ll have the flexibility to offer either the full menu or a modified selection based on your preferences. During the event, guests can order their food and drinks on-site, allowing for a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.

  • Base fee = $210.00 + food and beverage sales
  • Standard cleaning fee = $25.00

GOLD PACKAGE

This option is ideal for presentations, performances, and other media-driven events that require a more structured setup. Your reservation includes two hours of use of the venue, along with an on-site technician who will manage the sound and media system to help ensure a smooth and professional experience.

  • Base fee = $210.00
  • Standard cleaning fee = $25.00

SILVER PACKAGE

This option is especially well-suited for social gatherings where guests can relax and enjoy food and drinks in a comfortable, welcoming environment. Your reservation includes two hours of use of the venue, with coffeehouse staff present throughout your event to help ensure everything runs smoothly.

A minimum food purchase is required for this package, and you’ll have the flexibility to choose between offering your guests the full menu or a modified selection based on your preferences. During the event, guests can conveniently order their food and drinks on-site, creating a casual and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • Base fee = $100.00 + food and beverage sales
  • Standard cleaning fee = $25.00

BRONZE PACKAGE

Our Bronze Package is perfect for small gatherings and private events. This package gives you private access to the entire main seating area (including “The Porch” lounge area) for up to 2 hours. Food service is not included in this package. Use of our sound and multimedia equipment is not included in this package.

  • Base fee = $160.00
  • Standard cleaning fee = $25.00

Private Auxiliary Room

Seats approximately 10-12 people.

A flexible room designed to adapt to a variety of needs, this space works well as a conference room, co-working office, or small private party area.

It is ideal for business meetings, study groups, small birthday celebrations, and team planning sessions. It can also serve as on-demand office space for individuals or small teams who need a quiet, functional place to work.

Our auxiliary room can also be used as a staging room for events that are being held in the main seating area.

  • Base fee = $25.00 per hour
  • Standard cleaning fee = $25.00 may also apply

Additional Information

  • Access to any areas not specified above (including the kitchen and stage areas) is not permitted without prior written authorization.
  • Damages or excessive cleaning will be billed separately.
  • Availability may vary due to holidays and previously scheduled events.
  • Setup and teardown time should be included in your rental window.
  • Folding tables and additional chairs are available for a additional fee.

Facility Standards & Restrictions

To maintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment consistent with the values we uphold as a ministry-based coffeehouse, the following items and activities are not permitted anywhere on the property:

  • Alcohol
  • Illegal drugs
  • Tobacco or vaping products
  • Gambling activities
  • Any activities that conflict with the mission, beliefs, or values of the coffeehouse

All events hosted in the facility must fully comply with these standards. These guidelines are applied consistently to ensure the space remains hospitable, family-friendly, and aligned with the purpose and integrity of the ministry we serve.
